• Style: Cool, classic architecture, stunning interior décor and attention to details for ultimate style and creature comforts. Carved cedar shutters, hand-polished plasterwork, polished stone floors and silk hangings are some of the features creating a sumptuous, authentically Moroccan atmosphere.
• Bedrooms: Six double bedrooms – all equipped with fans or air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms – are cool havens of style and comfort.
• Bathrooms: The six well-equipped bathrooms are all en suite.
• For relaxation: From December to February it is balmy enough for sunbathing, or simply kick-back on the terraces and seek shade under the pergola, whilst breathing the fresh mountain air from the peaks of the Atlas that surround you.
• For recreation: Boasting a mild climate year-round, here you can plunge into the 65-foot swimming pool,  enjoy a game of tennis on the excellent clay tennis court or play a round of golf at the Royal Amelkis Golf Club which is just 25 minutes drive away.

Outside

Completely private, the villa is set in a four-acre walled garden brimming with palms, olives, citrus trees and roses. For alfresco entertainment you have exclusive use of a huge 65-foot swimming pool as well as spacious, shady terraces boasting views to the peaks of the Atlas Mountains.

Food and Wine

• In-house cuisine: The cuisine of Southern Morocco is world famous and truly delicious. Enjoy a range of dishes made from a variety of exotic vegetables, fruit, fish, shellfish, meat and poultry. The chef can prepare everything from traditional Moroccan food to homemade pasta, French and Italian cuisine.
• Eating out: Head into the heart of the Medina where there is no shortage of sizzling Moroccan fare on offer. The property owners can recommend a list of local restaurants – from traditional Moroccan to French and Italian.
