Nestle yourself away in Little Cob cottage be it a summer break away to soak up some Cornish sun or relax by the fire in winter and enjoy the rural view. Comfortable stylish living with all the charm of the original cob barn.

• Style: Countryside charm with a contemporary edge. Exposed original stone walls combine with traditional style furniture whilst sumptuous fabrics and furnishings offer comfortable living.
• Layout: Open plan kitchen diner leads to the spacious lounge area with real wood burner and double doors leading out onto the sun terrace. A spacious double room with king sized bed and rural views leads off the lounge as does the bathroom with bath and power shower.
• For relaxation: relax on the terrace with a sundowner and enjoy your own sunset vantage point, curl up in front of the wood burner when the season cools.
• For recreation: rural walks can be found nearby or head coastward to the beaches or to the nearby town for restaurants and bars.
• Practicalities: Washing machine, hair dryer. Local shops and amenities are nearby or have a supermarket delivery arranged. Parking for up to 2 cars.

Outside

Relax in the lovely landscaped garden with pretty rural views. The lush green lawn is great to pull up a sun lounger or relax on the generous decking for some al fresco dining as the sun sets.

Food and Wine

• DIY: available on a self catered basis; open plan kitchen with electric hob, microwave and dishwasher to make time for those balmy summer evenings.
• In house cuisine: if its real R&R you require then let our recommended chef take to the kitchen for you and arrive to a fridge filled with delicious home cooked meals and cornish fare.
• Eating out: Head further up the coast to Padstow and enjoy dinner at one of Rick Steins seafood restaurants or discover more local gourmet delights in nearby Newquay.
• Good Local Pubs: Approximately 10 minutes away by car is The Falcon Inn in St Mawgan.
