Inside

A detached and contemporary cottage, the glass-fronted Mowhay is the epitome of open plan living. The double bed leading through to the sitting room, then up to the kitchen/diner area, with a separate shower room off, combines clean lines and contemporary fittings with the cosy and comfortable.

• Style: Contemporary country
• Bedrooms:  The double bed is to the far end of the open plan cottage.  The shower room leads off the main open plan living/sleeping area.
• For relaxation: Sink into comfy sofas in front of the wood burner with a good book and a glass of wine.
• For recreation: Head outdoors! There’s a lot to explore locally, so don your walking boots and head for the coast path.
• Practicalities:  There’s access to a washing machine at the property, although it is not in The Mowhay itself. Parking available for 1 car.

Outside

Set amidst farmland, The Mowhay is one of three rental properties, and can either be taken in addition to the main farmhouse, or as a seperate letting. There’s a private garden to the rear of the property, and a patio to the front.

Food and Wine

• DIY:  The open plan kitchen is small but perfectly formed; there’s a microwave, gas hob and electric oven, a very large fridge.
• In-house cuisine:  Catering is available at an additional cost and is to be arranged direct with the caterers. We are able to provide you with contacts for recommended caterers on request.
• Eating out: Head to Padstow for the Stein experience
