- Bedrooms and Bathrooms: One double king-sized bedroom and one double/twin room, both rooms are spacious and decked out to a high standard with luxury linens and thick, fluffy towels. The bedrooms share a spacious, contemporary bathroom (downstairs) with a bath, walk in shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating
- For relaxation: Snuggle up by the log burner in the sitting room or fling open the French windows and let the summer breeze into your cosy abode.
- For recreation: Play tennis on the astro-turf court or croquet on the lawn. Lovely walks for you and your dog to explore from the cottage.

Outside
The private estate encompasses The Watermill and the owners home in 100 acres of woodland, orchards, pastures and wild flower meadows. As well as an all-weather tennis court, a croquet lawn and vegetable garden, there are shared open plan lawns and an elevated decking to the rear where guests can enjoy a barbecue accompanied by countryside views and the soothing sounds of the working water mill.
Safety Notice Due to the nature of the gardens and its surroundings, where there is a stream,a working waterwheel and woods located in the grounds, we strongly advise that children are not to be left unattended at any time and a signed safety disclaimer is required
Food and wine
- DIY: The country style kitchen/dining room with original slate flooring and rustic wooden table is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, grill, microwave and plenty of accessories for family cooking. Choose to dine al fresco on the decking as the sun sets.
- In-house cuisine: Just-picked vegetables are available from the organic garden. Local cooks can be recommended and offer a drop off option for you to enjoy some local Cornish specialities.
- Eating out: Head to the nearby market town of Wadebridge for a variety of places to eat out including the acclaimed Relish café and deli. Further south in Padstow you'll find Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant and Café as well as a cluster of sterling eateries including rising star Number 6. Nearby in St Merryn awaits one of Cornwall's long-standing stars on the culinary scene: Ripley's (01841 520179).
