A former Methodist Chapel, built circa 1800, meticulously converted to offer this sunny riverside holiday home stay

• Style: Contemporary interiors and fresh neutral colours combine with more original features. Think exposed stained white beams, plantation shutters with stainless steel and Ash feature staircase to the raised dining level.
• Layout: The galley style kitchen sits on the lower level as does the double bedroom. A few steps up to the living area with an open staircase to the dining area and separate bathroom.
• Bedrooms: One lower level room with king sized bed, deep carpet and crisp cotton linen
  
• Bathrooms: Spacious tiled bathroom with curved deep bath and shower, toasty underfloor heating and wall mounted heated towel rails
• For relaxation: Sink into the berry purple sofas and absorb the calm river views, the ambient lighting at River Chapel sets a scene of serenity
• For recreation: Plot the maps for tomorrows exploration or Cornwall, watch the characterful boats sail by heading up river
• Practicalities: Washing machine, dishwasher. No allocated parking space although parking is available on the road.

Outside

Whilst there is no outside space you can wander along the river bank a little way and dip your toes in for a paddle perhaps, the river literally flows right past your home. There is on road parking nearby. Malpas enjoys the tranquility of no-through traffic yet is less than 2 miles from the extensive facilities of the cathedral city of Truro.

• Nearby Falmouth is a lovely energised nautical town offering boutique shops, an abundance of eateries and National Maritime Museum and much acclaimed 'Falmouth Royal Regatta' in August
• Historically, the village is perhaps best known for its ferry service across the waterway to the Roseland and Tregothnan Estate and today a popular ferry service runs daily between Malpas and Falmouth (in the summer months)
