• Style: Stylish cottage chic. Textured wallpaper is complimented by bespoke furniture, delicious sumptuous fabrics have been used to create a truly indulgent ambiance 
• Bedrooms: Choose from three very comfortable bedrooms, each offering tempting views of the rural countryside beyond. Dependant on the requirements of your group, there's one double and two rooms that can be either double/twin rooms. Sink into crisp linens, silk filled duvets and welcome deep cosy beds after a day in the Cornish air.
  
• Bathrooms: Two of the bedrooms are en suite, both with showers. The luxurious family bathroom has a standalone bath and mood lighting.
• For relaxation: When the weather turns, cosy up by the fire in the cottage sitting room, spill onto the sunny terrace in the summer months for a well earned sundowner.
• For recreation: Stroll through the lush green valley to the full sized tennis court for your own Wimbledon challenge, over 100 acres to explore. Head to the spacious recreational room where the virtual games begin on the Wii complete with large home cinema screen
• Practicalities: Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave. Off road parking for up to 4 cars.

Outside

A charming cottage garden brimming with roses and summer blooms. A lovely BBQ area to the front of the house is arched with creeping honeysuckle leading to the spacious lawn beyond. Ample space to sit and relax under a shady tree, the garden leads round to the rear where the raised pond is a characterful feature of this peaceful setting.

Safety Notice Please note that Home Farm does have an exposed raised pond at the rear of the cottage, a signed safety disclaimer is required and the supervision of children of all ages is advised whilst playing in the rear garden.

Food and Wine

• DIY: Available on a self catered basis. A real hub to the cottage, the open plan kitchen is a pleasure to use. Superbly well equipped from the designer crockery to the state of the art electric AGA, this is cooking in style.
• In-house cuisine: Catering is available at an additional cost and is to be arranged direct with the caterers. We are able to provide you with contacts for recommended caterers on request.
• Eating out: An array of eateries from Rick Stein's infamous fish restaurant on the north coast to Nathan Outlaw's in Fowey on the South coast. From fish and chips on the quay to a cream tea on the beach, enjoy Cornwall's finest of fare
• Wine: Just a short drive to Wadebridge and you will find the unexpected yet world famous Camel Valley Vineyard, be sure to try the Bacchus Dry to wash down the freshest of seafood
