• Bedrooms:  Each room has been thoughtfully put together, individually designed to make the most of the stunning views from each aspect.  A comfortable night sleep awaits you in each restful haven. Equipped with every luxury  - large, comfortable beds, private access to the pools and all the modern comforts you would expect from a contemporary home - luxurious leather chairs, plasma TVs and beautiful, tasteful paintings.
• Bathrooms: The epitome of luxury awaits you in the bathroom, each is wonderfully contemporary, with beautiful marble walls and the highest quality power showers.  Dario has had hand crafted organic bathing products designed that reflect the scents of the landscape in which Sea View Villa is set - these products are pure luxury, including not only shampoo, body butters, conditioners and shower gel, but also scented pillow spray and candles to guarantee a perfect nights sleep. 
• For relaxation:  Outside there are plenty of quiet spaces where you can take a book or reflect over the stunning scenery. Enjoy a glass of wine on one of the many terraces, or watch the sunset from prime position in the infinity pool - the views are simply breathtaking.  
• For recreation:  For those that enjoy walking, the options are endless, with a choice of coastal paths, routes through the picturesque villages or rambles over the Tramuntana mountains. 

Outside

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the terraces, or take a walk through the extensive and typically Mediterranean gardens with olive, lemon and orange trees, the scent of citrus, lavender, bougainvillea and rosemary fill the air.  The terraces are a beautiful place to sit in the late evenings, lit by candles and the setting sun.

• Breakfast:  A wonderful Mediterranean breakfast awaits, with fresh fruit and juices, pastries, meats and cheeses - accompanied by the finest fresh coffee.  Dario wants his guests to sample the best foods of the region, so makes sure all his produce is locally sourced, down to the finest Mallorcan pastries.  
• In-house cuisine:  Enjoy the real flavours of the region with Dario's authentic dishes; from pastas and paellas to wonderful seafood fresh from the Mediterranean.   
• Eating out:  Enjoy eating out at the Award Winning El Olivo Restaurant - a short journey into Deia, noted as one of the most cosmopolitan places in Mallorca.

Out and About

There are plenty of activities local to Sea View Villa, or you could choose to simply relax and unwind by the pool

• Walking: there are many wonderful coastal walks or mountain hikes.  
• Water Sports: This is a great location to enjoy a plethora of water sports from sailing to speed boating and windsurfing 
• Golf:  Mallorca also is a great place for golfers, with fifteen golf courses to chose from, each with excellent facilities and beautifully kept greens. 
• Explore: Take the tram from Soller to the Port de Soller where you'll find a beautiful, bustling little town sprawled out around the natural cove.
• Taste: Between Soller and Deia you'll find 'The Golden Bowl Valley' named so because of its numerous orange and lemon trees - the perfect place to go for some freshly squeezed orange juice - it couldn't taste any better
